Spacecraft charging is caused by spacecraft-plasma interaction processes. New aspects of this have been discovered and are now of interest from scientific and technological points of view. The purpose of the 9th Spacecraft Charging Technology Conference is to provide opportunities for the presentation, exchange and discussion of new research results within the overall sphere of spacecraft-plasma interactions, and their impact on spacecraft technology and space plasma science instrumentation.
